Masterclass ticket terms

These terms apply when you buy a ticket for our live online masterclass on Tuesday 20 October 2026. Please read them before you pay. You accept them by ticking the box at checkout.

1. Who we are

We are not VAT registered. No VAT is added to our prices.

2. Words we use

• "You" means the person or organisation that buys the ticket.
• "Ticket holder" means the person named on the ticket at checkout, or the colleague it is transferred to under section 6.
• "Consumer" means an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
• "Care Recruitment Blueprint" means our online digital product also sold on its own as the Recruitment Health Check and Blueprint. It is the same product.

3. What a ticket includes

Bookings for all tickets close at 10:00 on Tuesday 20 October 2026.

Every ticket includes:

• one place at the live online masterclass on Microsoft Teams, Tuesday 20 October 2026, 11:00 to 12:30 UK time
• the recording of the masterclass, available until Saturday 19 December 2026
• access to the online workbook, given straight after payment, until Saturday 19 December 2026

The £197 ticket also includes the Care Recruitment Blueprint.

4. Price and payment

• Masterclass ticket: £49
• Masterclass ticket with the Care Recruitment Blueprint: £197

If a refund of the masterclass part of a £197 ticket is due under section 9 or 10, we refund £49, the price of the ticket without the Care Recruitment Blueprint.

You pay in full by card through Stripe at checkout. Your ticket is confirmed when payment goes through and we email you.

5. Joining the masterclass

We email joining details to the ticket holder before the masterclass. The ticket holder needs a device with a working internet connection and sound. If joining details have not arrived by the day before the masterclass, email us.

6. Transferring a ticket

You can transfer a ticket to a colleague at the same organisation. Email hello@fittonmillett.com before the masterclass starts at 11:00 on 20 October 2026, with your colleague's name and email address.

Once we confirm the transfer, your colleague becomes the ticket holder and receives everything the ticket includes. The original ticket holder no longer has access. We cannot transfer a ticket to anyone outside your organisation, or after the masterclass has started.

7. If you cannot attend live

If the ticket holder cannot attend live, they still receive the recording and workbook access. Missing the live session does not give a right to a refund.

8. Refunds

We do not give refunds on tickets, except:

• where we cancel or move the masterclass, under section 9
• where you are a consumer and cancel within your cancellation period, under section 10
• where the law otherwise gives you a right to a refund

If you cancel and we refund you, your access to the workbook and recording ends. Access to the Care Recruitment Blueprint continues under Part B.

9. If we cancel or move the masterclass

We will tell you by email as soon as we can. You then choose one of these:

• a place at the masterclass on the new date
• a full refund of the £49 ticket, or £49 of the £197 ticket

Tell us your choice by email. We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of you telling us.

The Care Recruitment Blueprint part of a £197 ticket is not refunded. It follows the terms described in section 10.

10. Your right to cancel if you are a consumer

This section only applies if you are a consumer. If you buy as a business, or for your work, you have no right to cancel.

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day you buy, without giving a reason.

• If you cancel within those 14 days and before the masterclass starts, we refund the £49 ticket in full, or £49 of the £197 ticket. We refund within 14 days of you telling us, to the card you paid with.
• At checkout you asked us to provide the masterclass on 20 October 2026, even if that date falls inside your 14 days. You lose your right to cancel once the masterclass has taken place.
• If you cancel after the masterclass has started but before it has finished, we may keep an amount for the part already provided.

The Care Recruitment Blueprint

The Care Recruitment Blueprint in a £197 ticket follows Part B of our website terms at fittonmillett.com/terms, including section B12 for consumers. At checkout you asked us to send your access code straight after payment, and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel the Care Recruitment Blueprint once the code has been sent.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your right to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

To cancel, email hello@fittonmillett.com with a clear statement that you are cancelling. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.

11. Recording the masterclass

We record the masterclass. The recording captures what is shown and heard during the session. This includes the voice, video and display name of anyone at the live session who has their camera or microphone on, and may include chat messages.

The recording is sent to every ticket holder. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and use a display name you are comfortable with.

We explain how we use and keep the recording in our privacy policy at fittonmillett.com/privacy, and again in the joining email.

12. Using the recording and workbook

The recording and workbook are for the ticket holder only.

The ticket holder must not:

• share the recording, the workbook, or any login, link or access code with anyone else
• copy, download, upload, publish, sell or redistribute the recording or workbook, in whole or in part
• show the recording to others, including colleagues

If these rules are broken we may end access to the recording and workbook without a refund.

13. Intellectual property

All masterclass content, slides, the workbook, the recording, the Care Recruitment Blueprint and the C.E.R.T. framework remain the intellectual property of FittonMillett Ltd. Buying a ticket gives the ticket holder a personal right to use them for their own learning under section 12. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

14. Your data

We hold the ticket holder's name and email address to deliver the ticket. That includes the joining details, a reminder before the masterclass, and the replay email afterwards.

Checkout asks whether you want us to email you after the masterclass with ideas and offers from FittonMillett. The question is optional. We only send those emails if you answer Yes. If a ticket is transferred, we do not send them to your colleague unless they ask us to.

Every email we send that includes offers has an unsubscribe link. You can also stop them at any time by emailing hello@fittonmillett.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". Unsubscribing does not stop the emails you need to use your ticket.

Checkout also has an optional "Who recommended you?" field. If you name someone, we use that name to thank them, and sometimes to post them a small gift. We do not tell them who you are unless you agree. Only name someone you are happy for us to contact.

Workbook entries are saved in the ticket holder's own browser. They are not sent to us and we cannot see or recover them. If the ticket holder clears their browser data or changes device, their entries are lost. Print or save anything you want to keep before access ends on 19 December 2026.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card details.

15. Not legal advice

The masterclass, recording and workbook give general guidance on recruitment process. They are not legal, employment law, HR or regulatory advice. Do not rely on them for decisions about specific people or situations. Take professional advice where you need it.

16. Our liability

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
• If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
• If you buy as a business, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the ticket. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
