Chaos to clarity:
transforming internal recruitment
in the care sector.
Reduce agency use. Less job board fees. Faster time-to-hire. Less admin.
Recruit and retain care teams permanently. Without the fees or burnout.
Most care providers don't have a recruitment problem.
They have a systems problem dressed up as a recruitment problem.
C.E.R.T fixes the system. Not with enterprise software you'll never use.
With the right tools, the right process, and the right framework - applied properly to a business that actually fits its scale.

Systems that actually work, for care managers.
C.E.R.T-ified work-flows replacing admin-heavy tasks. Improving recruitment & retention without taking up time.
12+ hours per week.
Back where they belong.
Not a marketing claim. An average.
(P.S - you get more time back, the more you recruit. Ironically.)
That's what FMC clients get back when the recruitment admin comes off their desk - chasing references, screening dead-end CVs, rebooking interviews three times because the system's a mess.
Twelve hours back means leaving on time on a Friday.
It means actually managing care, not managing inboxes.
What would you do with twelve hours back?
Services.

Meet Matt.
I'm Matt Fitton, founder of FMC.
I help SME care providers cut agency dependency, reduce time-to-hire, and stop their managers drowning in admin.
Ex- Recruiter, support worker, care-coordinator and care manager.
I've worked every side of this sector - which means I've seen exactly where the broken systems are, and how to fix them properly.
When I'm not building systems, I'm found exploring UK outdoor hot-spots, drinking too much coffee, and being walked by Phoenix - my GSD x Malinois who has strong opinions about my schedule.
