The 90-Day Reset · Mentoring
Twelve weeks to take your recruitment back.
One hour a week, one to one, working through your recruitment from top to bottom. Not done for you. Done with you, so the skills stay in your building when I leave.
Who this is for.
The Reset is for the person who owns recruitment day to day and is tired of firefighting it.
Care managers doing recruitment on top of the day job
You were not trained to recruit, yet it eats your week. The Reset gives you a process that runs without swallowing your time.
Owners who want the skills in-house, not on retainer
Paying agencies or consultants forever is renting a fix. Twelve weeks of transfer means you own the capability outright.
Providers who know what's broken but not where to start
You can feel the leaks: slow hires, ghosted candidates, agency invoices. We sequence the fixes so each week builds on the last.
What you get.
A structured programme, shaped around your service, your roles and your gaps.
Weekly 1:1 sessions
Twelve 60-minute sessions over twelve weeks. Focused, practical, and built on what happened in your service that week.
Customised curriculum
No off-the-shelf slides. The programme is built around your recruitment, mapped to the C.E.R.T framework: Create, Expand, Retain, Train.
Days-a-week WhatsApp support
Stuck between sessions? Message me. A candidate problem on a Tuesday should not wait until the following Monday.
Day review after you finish
Thirty days after session twelve, we review what has stuck, what has slipped and what to adjust. You are not dropped at the finish line.
How the twelve weeks run.
Every programme is shaped around your gaps, but the journey follows the same arc: from chaos to C.E.R.T.
Diagnose and prioritise
We map your current recruitment end to end, find where the time and money leak, and agree the order of attack.
Create
Attraction sorted: adverts that sound like your service rather than every other care provider, channels that fit your budget, and an application route candidates actually finish.
Expand
Pipeline and process: screening, interviews, candidate communication and offer-to-start, tightened so good people stop slipping through the cracks.
Retain
Onboarding and the first 90 days, because hiring well means nothing if they leave in month two.
Train and hand over
Embedding it: your team trained on the new process, ownership handed over, and a plan for keeping it sharp without me.
The arc above is illustrative. Your curriculum is built in week one around what your service actually needs.
What changes by day 90.
A process you own
Documented, repeatable, and not dependent on any one person's memory.
Hours back every week
Less chasing, less admin, less duplication. Time back for the actual job.
Less reliance on agencies
A working internal pipeline shrinks the panic that sends you to agencies in the first place.
Confidence, not guesswork
You will know why each part of your recruitment exists and how to fix it when it wobbles.

Need a single session on one specific problem? £150. Ask on the call.
Questions, answered straight.
How much of my time does it take?
One hour a week for the session, plus small actions between sessions that fold into your normal recruitment work rather than sitting on top of it. If you are already doing recruitment badly, you have the time. We are redirecting it.
Who should attend the sessions?
Whoever owns recruitment day to day. Usually the care manager or owner. If that is two people, both can join, it is your hour.
Is it delivered remotely?
Yes, sessions run remotely so it works wherever you are, with screen-sharing so we work on your real adverts, trackers and processes live, not hypotheticals.
What if I only want help with one thing?
Single sessions are £150. If your problem is one specific bottleneck rather than the whole machine, say so on the discovery call and we will do exactly that.
Stop firefighting. Start owning it.
A 20-minute discovery call, no pitch theatre. We will work out whether the Reset fits your service, and if it does not, I will tell you.
