Recoup the build fee in agency savings within 6 months.

If your agency savings do not cover the build fee in the first six months, we refund the difference. The system has to pay for itself or you do not pay for it.

FMC ATS recruitment dashboard showing pipeline stage distribution and candidate analytics

Most care providers track recruitment in spreadsheets.
It breaks every time.

Applications in email. Compliance docs in a folder on someone's desktop. DBS status in a paper binder. Every handover means something gets missed, and every inspection means a frantic search for things that should be one click away.

The ATS puts everything in one place: candidates, compliance, comms, and costs. Automated so your team is not running it manually, and built to your service so it actually gets used.

"We reduced our Indeed spend from £3,000 to £500 a month."

Mike, Dual Reg' RM

Everything that comes with your build.

Not a template. Not a shared workspace. A system built for your service, your roles and your team.

Bespoke Airtable ATS

A custom recruitment database tracking every candidate from application to start date, with automated status updates and candidate communications.

Candidate portal

A branded application form and self-service portal so candidates can check progress, upload documents and complete pre-employment steps without chasing your team.

Automated workflows

Application acknowledgements, interview reminders, reference request chasing, offer letters and onboarding checklists, all triggered automatically at the right moment.

Compliance dashboard

DBS status, right-to-work expiry, reference completion and regulatory requirements tracked live, so nothing is missed at inspection and nothing sits in someone's inbox.

Reporting

Time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source tracking and vacancy pipeline at a glance. The numbers you need to make decisions, not just the numbers that exist.

24-month support

Two years of ongoing support included. Your service will change, your roles will change, and the system gets maintained to keep up with it.

How it's built.

Delivered in 30 days, with no disruption to your team during the build.

Week 1

Discovery and design

We map your current process end to end, agree what the system needs to do, and design the structure before writing a line of code.

Weeks 2 to 3

Build and automate

The Airtable base, candidate portal, automation workflows and compliance tracking are built and connected. You see every stage as it takes shape.

Week 4

Test, train and hand over

We run the system with live roles, train your team, fix anything that needs adjusting, and hand over full documentation. Your team owns it from day one.

Months 2 to 24

Ongoing support

Two years of support included. Adjustments as your service grows, new automations as your process matures, and a direct line when something needs updating.

£800/pm

Full capability for high-volume providers. Advanced automations, custom integrations, multi-team access, and a dedicated build and review cycle. Scoped per service.

Book a discovery call

Not sure which tier fits? The discovery call figures it out. If the Diagnostic would help clarify your hiring volume and gaps first, start there.

What it's built on.

Tools you own, not platforms you rent from a vendor who can reprice you next year.

Airtable

Your base. Flexible, visual, learnable without a developer. Your team can update records and build simple views without coming back to us. You own the account from day one.

Make.com

The automation layer. Handles the comms, the chasing, the conditional logic and the integrations. FMC builds inside your account as a collaborator. You keep the keys.

Your existing tools

Where possible the system connects to tools you already use: your email, your job boards, your calendar. No unnecessary switching, no orphaned accounts.

Questions, answered straight.

Do I need to know Airtable before we start?

No. Training is part of the build. By the time we hand over, your team knows what they need to know to run it. Most people are comfortable within a week of going live.

What does "24-month support" actually mean?

If something breaks, we fix it. If your service changes and the system needs updating, we update it. If you want a new automation added in month 14, we scope it and build it. It is a relationship, not a one-off project.

Do I own the system when you are done?

Yes, completely. The Airtable base is in your account. The Make.com scenarios are in your account. FMC has collaborator access during support, which you can revoke any time.

How does the guarantee work?

We track agency spend before and after the build. If the reduction in agency costs does not cover the build fee within the first six months, we refund the difference. Simple as that.

Should I do the Diagnostic first?

If you have a clear picture of your hiring volume and current costs, the ATS can follow directly from a discovery call. If you are not sure where the money is going, the Diagnostic makes the ATS build more targeted and usually cheaper. It is not a required step, just a useful one.

Ready to stop running recruitment manually?

A discovery call takes 20 minutes. We work out what the system needs to do, which tier fits, and whether the Diagnostic would help first. No pressure either way.
