You know it's leaking. You just can't prove where.

The agency spend creeps up every quarter. Vacancies sit open for weeks. Good candidates vanish somewhere between application and start date, and no one's quite sure why.

You have a feeling it's costing you far more than it should, but you can't put a number on it. So you can't fix it. The Diagnostic is me rolling my sleeves up and taking your recruitment apart to show you exactly where the money is going.

The Blueprint tells you what to fix and how. The Diagnostic finds where the money is going and proves it, with the numbers, the evidence, and the plan, handed to you in black and white.

Recruitment Diagnostic Report cover: a full audit of your recruitment operation, cost leaks identified, processes reviewed and remapped, roadmap delivered

What I take apart.

Across all 9 stages of your recruitment, from first advert to long-term retention.

The full process

Every stage from employer brand to retention, mapped and scored, so we see exactly where candidates and time leak out.

The real costs

Agency spend, vacancy days, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire. The hidden numbers most providers never add up.

Compliance gaps

A gap assessment against CQC and Ofsted requirements, so nothing is quietly waiting to bite you at inspection.

The competition

Benchmarking on pay, adverts and process against the providers you are losing candidates to.

How the two weeks actually run.

No disruption to your team. Most of the heavy lifting is mine.

Day 1

Kick-off call

A short call to understand your service, your hiring volume, and the pain you are feeling. Then I get to work.

Days 2 to 8

The deep dig

I audit your process, pull apart the numbers, assess compliance, and benchmark you against competitors. You carry on running your service.

Days 9 to 12

Building your plan

I turn the findings into a prioritised, costed 90-day action plan with ROI projections, so you know what to fix first and what it is worth.

Days 13 to 14

The handover

A 90-minute presentation to you and your leadership, walking through the report, the findings and the plan, with every question answered.

What "finding £5k" actually looks like.

Real audits vary, but this is the shape of it.

Example recoverable cost summary
Agency over-reliance (3 roles that could be hired direct) £8,400
Vacancy days (slow process leaving roles open longer) £4,200
Job board waste (spend on channels that do not convert) £2,600
Early leaver churn (poor onboarding driving 90-day dropouts) £3,100
Recoverable in year one £18,300

The Diagnostic is £997. In this example it found over eighteen times its own cost.

That is the whole point of the guarantee.

Is it right for you?

Yes, if:

  • You are an SME care provider, roughly 10 to 50 staff
  • You know recruitment is costing too much but cannot prove where
  • You want evidence and a plan, not a sales pitch
  • You are ready to act on what the audit finds

Not yet, if:

  • You would rather self-assess first (start with the £197 Blueprint)
  • You are a large provider with an established HR function
  • You want the system built for you (that is the ATS)
  • You are not in a position to change anything right now

Questions, answered straight.

How is this different from the £197 Blueprint?

The Blueprint is built from a self-audit you complete yourself. It tells you what to fix and how. The Diagnostic is me doing the work for you, digging into your real numbers, evidence and competitors, to find where the money is going and prove it. Many people start with the Blueprint and step up to this.

What does the guarantee actually mean?

If my audit does not identify at least £5,000 of recoverable cost in your recruitment, you pay nothing. In practice the figure is usually far higher, but the guarantee means you carry no risk.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Very little. One kick-off call, some access to your numbers and process, and the closing presentation. The audit itself is my work, not yours.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

You own the plan and can run it yourself, no obligation. If you want help delivering it, the 90-Day Reset or a full ATS build are there, but there is zero pressure to take either.

Ready to find your number?

Two weeks from now you could have the whole picture, the evidence, and a plan worth far more than it cost. And if I don't find £5k, you don't pay.
