How the reduction percentages are calculated
Each FMC service has different impact rates on agency dependency, admin time, retention and placement fees. The percentages are averages from FMC client outcomes and vary by organisation size and starting position. The Health Check at £197 produces lower rates because it is a self-audit, not an implementation. ATS services produce higher rates because the system is built and run for you. One-off and mentoring services do not replace an existing ATS, so no ATS saving is credited for those.
